What's the function to spawn a vehicle in front of you?

There isn't one. Use the SA-MP debug to make vehicle spawn points. That would be the easiest way.

AddStaticVehicle/Ex only works at OnGameModeInit, wiki tells that they cant be removed (idk if thats true)
CreateVehicle works always but cant create trains
