hello i was wondering if it would be possible to draw something like that on the map, and the little map in gameplay.

use gangzones or something like that.

You can use gangzones for those lines at Los Santos and Las Venturas, because they are horizontal or vertical, but i'm not sure how you can do it for San Fierro.
