I have a strange problem, my friend has the same.My friend downloaded the GTA and i wanted to reinstall mine but now we both have some problems.When we join the server at first we lag for 3-4 seconds and then we can't see other players,vehicles and pickups and SetPlayerPos,SetPlayerMoney,GivePlayerWeapon and etc doesnt work for us.
