Well, I am new scripter. I want to know how to link my IRC Channel to my sa-mp server?
Please I need a detailed explanation.

Get the IRC Plugin and put the plugin file into your server.cfg, like written in the manual.
Then you will edit the irc.pwn filterscript which is already included to your wishes.
Put the irc in the filterscripts @server.cfg and start your server.
