Possible hex numbers are 0-9 and A-F.
FF is solid, EE is less solid etc.
00 is invisible.

I think he means the last numbers.
For example:
0x000000FF is solid black
0x00000000 is invisible black
For example:
0x000000FF is solid black
0x00000000 is invisible black
