Why?

Because some admins want to send around newsletters.

How?

Players sign up for the newsletter ingame using /newsletter. Admins can send newsletters using /newslettersend - everything is dialog based and tested. All email adresses get saved into a file called "newsletter.txt" in the scriptfiles folder.

Note: You will need the linux mailer plugin for this. Yes, this FS will only work on Linux systems. More info about the plugin can be found here: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=110373.0

No, its like a newsletter system, people can add their email adresses with /newsletter, and admins can send newsletters to all email adresses.
