i'm heard someone in the sometopic speak about view distance, so i want to know about "view distance" can anyone explain for me ? and i want to know how to fix it.

Well if you are using a streamer you can set the view distance for objects, vehicles and etcetera. That means that the objects, vehicles and etcetera will show up on that distance chosen in your gm from your position.
You'll have to download a streamer and replace your gm things with the streamer include.
