I went to re-install samp and it said it could not open to write d3d9_25.dll

Reinstall windows ,then reinstall samp.
If ,

Still doesnt work search on ******, "d3d9_25.dll" and add it on Gta's folder.

It said it couldnt open to qrite d3d9.dll from C:/windows/system32.
And i dont really wanna re-install windows
