GFX Problem
#1

Well, i have a Nvidia 9800GT and it requires like 400W minimum, I have 680W but since i also have quad core, well yeah..

I have researched and it seems to be not getting enough power, but anyway this is what happens:

After that i have to manually restart, By the way it does this in every game.

A quad core system with a 9800GT needs no more then 350W's. It's has nothing to do with the watts. It's about the ammount of amps on the 12v rail. Can you post a full spec of your PSU please?

Hmm, did you tried to unlock this shit? So if then it's normal. Else maybe you can try a CMOS Reset?

Does your video card need its own power input or does it work off the mobo? If it is off its own power supply, are you using a 4pin to 6pin/8pin PCI-E converter? I had a problem similar to what your experiencing with my radeon when i used a converter.

Yes, it needs it's own power, I'm using 2 power connectors which then connect to the 6PIN.

4-Pin Molex Connector that is. < Two of them to the 6Pin For my GFX

Try a PSU with a 6PIN? Fixed the problem for me.
