Right I use ventrilo while playing GTA SA:MP but when I try speaking when I'm ingame the users in my channel can't hear anything. If I minimize the game and talk then they can hear me just fine.

Whats wrong with the game? I've tried rebooting the computer and all that basic things.

If you use Windows Vista, find the ventrilo.exe and right click goto properties and click app compatibility then at the bottom click "run as admin". I had this problem too but this fixes it.
