I have had this problem for awhile, when I play sa-mp I start it and can play fine for like 5-10 minutes smooth and then lag comes, but when I minimize and come back in it goes away. It is really irritating and I was wondering if someone could help me with this problem. Also I can play single player just fine.

Something similar happens to me too, just that minimizing doesnt help
