Well guys, I'm starting a server (missions) but i'm not sure where to host it shoul i host it in USA? or Europe?I don't exactly know how much of the population of SA:MP is from.Please, do suggest.

It looks to me like servers do a lot better when they're located in Europe, i'd assume that's because a higher % of SA:MP players get lower pings to Europe.

You have to remember that the average quality of life and average amount of money is higher in the USA, whereas in Europe there are lots of remote villages without PCs.

China has the most citizens and has the lowest amount of SA-MP players, please don't use such figures to base a server location upon.

Regarding the TS, the major part of SA-MP is European, as shown by the online numbers of SA-MP which has peaks during European times
However, some servers specifically aim at US people (or simply want their server to be located closest to themselves), hence it's really up to your personal presence.

I live in Pakistan, so it's pointless putting it here, So far I'm Quite happy with netherlands or Norway, seeming as there halfway from both locations, and there Internet Speeds Are Good
