I have a real server (rp), and i want to doy that 1 shoot = instant kill, please help me

i dont have anything in the server . cfg saying this, look:

AFAIK it is disabled in 0.3a.

Hm, "instagib" isn't in the 0.3 varlist anymore and it's removed on this page - https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Server.cfg
