I dont know how I can put password on my server with command

You can always edit server.cfg or type "rcon_password passwordgoeshere".

Edit: Looks like you didn't mean rcon password. However the same still applies. Type "password passwordgoeshere".

I don't beleive it is possible through a command. If you want a password on your server, go into server.cfg and add the following line:

password blah

while replacing the word "blah" with the password of your choice.
