I have remote acess to it, i tried closing server window, opening, port forwarding, again, re-opening ports in firewall, and cant acess it from my computer. It appears as an offline server with 0/0 players and retrieving info, query and announce are on, what should i do?

read the server.log it norm tell why it ant starting up

When my server crashes I make a new one and copy all filterskripts,gamemodes and it works.

it starts up, NPC's connect, everything is good in the Server console, but it cant connect to RCON and it appears off
