if i want connect a server he load but then give he black image and then close he

and if i reinstall then have i the same error? with 0.3 no problem but with R3 =S

You have broken gta3.img file ...

I bought a new GTA sa and installed it - it helped
(MY sa crashed after MTA install)

R3 is only for server owners. There is no difference on the client. As you said, you have the same problem in single-player. Try re-install SA, or maybe the CD is corrupted and you will need a new one.

Also are you on Vista or Windows 7? Try to change the gta_sa.exe compatibility to Windows XP

If you downloaded your gta from internet then get another one...
(That gta3.img may be wrong or moded)

If you have bought cd then bought another one....
