Hey all i saw in some server we can have some admin tool so outside game we can see all guys are saying and we can aswer all out of the game i think with programs if any guy know say here plz

Nope, he means to connect the server chat to a .php, connect there and sez what the guys that are connected are saying... And talk too.

Some guy scripted that with PHP files and stuff. Ask the server owner/scripter or try to script it yourself
