Hey guys i need help with soem coding if anyone can help me i might even pay them

OK first i need is a weed system.. where people can grow weed and things. [I GOT THIS SO ALL I NEED IS THE OTHER 2]
2nd i need a police system liek to go on duty /duty and to frisk /frisk and to call in radio /r and things liek that are necessary for RPG games
Also i need something that can save your position like if i log out and then log back in i donot spawn at the place i left i want that..

If any one can help me in these things will be paid nd be my new hero....

#2 Cop thing is not working properly and 1 question is there anything like you can be a free cop with light blue color and if you want to bea cop you have to get it from an admin. If so please tell me
