I always have a high ping around 200-400 when the samp server client says that i have 60 ping on this server.

I live in Germany.
I have DSL router with a 6 M/bits connection.
I use windows seven.

Can I change something at the firewall to make it better?

You could try exiting programs that use internetz you don't need while playing..
What is your firewall?
