In SAMP while it rain or when its stormy weather, than i cant hear the guns, pistols,,, all weapons, car working... I can hear only radio.
Is that a bug?

Actually I can confirm this but the catch is that its not a sa-mp bug and the game its self since its happening in SP for me too also the pistol and other background sounds only appear to happen in Los Santos
