Ok, I know how to port forward. But it never works for me on my laptop, so I go on my computer (Desktop) and port forward that one, and sure enough it works. It because my router is connected to that computer? What a way I can fix. It only works when I port forward on my desktop which means I have to host it from their, which I don't want. So please help.

Is your laptop wireless, mate?
As I know Wireless people cannot Portforward for their IP.
or your Local IP Address is different, Try portforwarding on your Laptop's IP Address.
Goto Start => run => cmd => ipconfig

I pick the the iv4 ip? and if so I did. I go cheak if online, it says server online: no, on internet list: yes.

Congratulations,
It says that its not on the Server online because you cannot see your own server on your own IP, If you want to see it...
Add this to you're Favorites List:
127.0.0.1:PORT
