Is it possible to have a server hosted from your computer and have like stuff for other people to use the script and edit and shit like you would be able to with a bought server where you can edit the stuff.

Example: You bought a server you get it setup and you login to it were you and your friends can all edit it like the script etc. Is it possible to do this with a hosted server from my computer if you don't get it I will try explaining better.
