This is outdated. Why wouldn't you use something like BlueG's MySQL plug-in thats updated regularly and stable?

Just tell me how it's "outdated" please?

Ever tried to look at his github -> issues? My guess is not, if you have then you'd know that he responds to every issue created on his plugins, and patches them quickly.

He's no longer visiting sa-mp forums due to 'fight' he had with BlueG afaik, that's not the reason to say "HEY HIS PLUGINS ARE OUTDATED AND THEY'RE NO LONGER IN DEVELOPMENT".

Something is wrong with your include, download the latest include and re-compile the script.

I applied that change to the boost lib in the plugin source and was able to compile successfully. If you can't be bothered, here is the full fixed version of include/boost/cstdint.hpp:

Is there any reasons why it doesn't connect? I am just continuing a script that uses this plugin and I have never used this script + there's no more documentation of this script about the errors and other stuff.

The error kinda explains it: error = 2003, Can't connect to MySQL server on '5.39.74.166' (10061)

Are you sure you have access to that IP from the outside(remote)?

(Even though this plugin hasn't been updated in a while I still find it quite stable and bloat-free.)
