How to run mysql server on host? Threw Putty ?

prob u need plugin and a mysql database if u host it or host administrator request

I mean, you log in on putty (It's CMD window, you can turn on/off server threw that) and you need to launch server, like (chmod +x samp03svr) and (./samp03svr). But server is launched not like that, i mean, you need to launch "mysql" first. So I'm asking how to launch mysql based server by CMD window?

P.S. I'm not the host, I bought the host and I need to know how to launch it.
