Okay, now, i currently have a really shit download speed, does anyone on earth know how to improve it without switching ISP's?

you can't really improve it, you get what you pay for 
you could find some accelerators and tweakers on ****** but that ain't really gonna make a difference.

Call your ISP and ask them what you'r supposed to be getting for what you have payed for. And If you aren't getting what you are supposed to get ask them to come fix it
