This is a Very Simple Filterscript that Kicks the weakest killers(players scores lower than the minimum score you can set) after the choosen time ITS GOOD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT WEAK KILLERS IN HIS SERVER
the default Minimum kills are 4 and 5 minutes is the default killing time

•Installation
Copy the pastebin code and paste it on pawno and edit lines: 10,11 and 33, 34 if you want Save it with the name "WKK" Compile it, then open server.cfg and put WKK on the filterscripts line, Finally run the server and enjoy DMing

It's a good idea and you have a good start but there are a couple of things wrong with it. For one thing, this will set a timer for 50 seconds and check. It will only check for id 0 since there is no loop or anything. Also, this script will not work unless the server works on 1 point = 1 kill. So it's a start but won't work as of now.

I would really rethink this one . It doesn't work for various reasons which I cant be bothered posting.
