i am not sure but i think u must make new gamemode - with this timer and gamemodeexiti ... and than u must put the new gamemode in your server.cfg like this

gamemode0 mytdm1
gamemode1 mytdm

But there need to be another code. GameModeExit() Just loads the first GM becouse its like a GMX
