This is the problem:I downloaded the SA-MP 0.2X Windows Server and there were no problems.I run the server sucsessfully and it worked.Then my brother tried to skript some things and he shuted down my server.I couldn't run it again.Then,I deleted the server and dowloaded it again.When i tried to run it just didnt worked!I downloaded that server 200 times and he didnt work.I tried everything.Can anybody help me?

First of all,you need to have gamemode,download some gamemode from this forum and put gamemodes in gamemodes folder
and scriptfiles in scriptfiles folder.Then open server.cfg with notepad,worpad or any other text editor.Edit

rcon_password YourPassword
gamemode0 NameOfTheGamemode

When you run it, a Black box should appear. Make sure that's OPEN.

Make sure you've the CORRECT IP.

Check your script you're running for ERRORS OR WARNINGS.

Are you using a script that needs a STREAMER?

So many variables. Tell us exactly what isn't working.

2.I exratcted everything from the Winrar folder to desktop.
3.I changed the "server" file like this

5.I opened SAMP program
6.I add my IP to my favorites
