Hi everyone reading this topic. I would like to get answer from anyone involved in development, but if not, I am just letting you know.
First of all I would like to state : I know, that other modifications arent supported while playing with sa-mp modification. But ...
I agree with you when you disabled d3d9.dll and all that stuff, but why are you disabling any other modification ? I have one rims modificaton for SA since 0.2 (or like that) and it always worked fine. Even with 0.2x-u1_1 . But when I installed 0.2x-u1_2 Ive got an "internal error" every time I tried to connect a server.
Do you think that its really necessary to block even texture and model modfications for to fight cheaters making their lousy trainers ? Trainer has nothing to do with model replacement or texture replacment.
That rim pack is called "JeStEr>SG<'s Custom NFS Rim Pack V1" and it replaces ONLY dff and txd files of rims.
I would just like to use them - it has no impact on gameplay but it looks a waaay better.
Is this lil' change going to be in future versions ? Do I really have to erease that visual modification ?
