From what I understand in samp-license.txt (in your SA-MP installation folder) you may not, unless you have permission from a developer:

How are you so sure? Look at the last replies. Also Kye mensioned he doesn't want people to host the SA-MP Client/Server because it would be old when new version comes. Or something like that...

I check every day / hour at sa-mp.com
And if they say we will release version 0.3 then i will look each day and then i remove the links and tell them wait for new links or watch at http://www.sa-mp.com/downloads.php

i wait for a answer [red]by a Mod/Dev[/red]

Please don't reply at this message other people (no devs/mods)
