hello guys ... 
i have some questions 
1.can anyone give me here a good link with sa:mp game mode ----> CNR like lvrcr
but lvrcr make 1 error and it say some thing liek this ... cannot read from a_irc
when i paste a_irc include in pawnu/includes it make me 9 WARINGS not error i start teh game mode but it dont work for me ... can u gelp me at this problem ? please

2. what is the best ''admin commands'' i heard something abootu V-admin and L- admin what is this ? can anyone explane me this ? please
