Im new to the whole "MySQL" scheme, i've got a locals server on xxamp, i want to know how i can make it so its possible to register on the site, and i can log on in-game?

if you got mysql into your script, you can make something like that yes.

You will require 1 database (MySQL)
and you will require PHP for your registration.
