[GTA_Rules]

Hi,

A few days ago I managed to run Jacobs IRC plugin + a FS working on it. Ever since I'm editing / scripting stuff to make it cooler.

Now the problem, the echo doesn't show any join / leave messages. Altough they are included and the script doesn't gives any errors when compiling.
I asked a lot of scripters, but nobody seems to have a solution.

I have no idea what is wrong.
