Can someone find me a good MySQL R39 or below tutorial? my windows is pirated.. and i cannot load MySQL R40 or newer plugins :/

Then you need to address your licensing issue then, that's none of the concern of us, and using older plugins, isn't recommended.
Jesus, I got win 10, from a win 7 upgrade of an OEM machine that I paid 10 bucks for... You should be more on to it.

Using old versions are not supported... You should try and install Ubuntu or any other linux if you dont have money to buy windows.
