But to help you a bit more, use this complete installer ( You should delete the installer/program attached to it afterwards, as it's just stupid spam and I guess you already got a virus scanner. ) or install it manually ( If you know how to. ) by downloading the file here.

You can actually fix that dll problem easily. Using DLL tool is my favourite!
