Hello!
When i'm connect in my localhost server(is mysql based).
the console(samp-server.exe) is showtdown and in game i'm see mesage " The server is restarting... "
After wich i'm not see register or login dialog,appear a message with:

Conecting to 127.0.0.1...(<- localhost)
retrying...

Please help me!

Does the connection even exist, have you made sure you are connecting to your MySQL database?
