I did.

OP... You have added house13 to server.cfg in filterscript, but in the folder, there is no such file.

Check you are running pawno, and saving and editing the files, from the correct intended folders.

You are going to run into more problems, as the version of the MySQL Plugin won't be compatible with the MySQL that the house system uses.
