I did not mean that xD said that if you can change the format by pressing F8 is that when you press F8 instead of taking the photo in .PNG take it in .JPG xDD

You don't have the option to change SA-MP's screenshot output format.
However, you have the option to install any screen capture software and set it up according to your needs.
