So i've bought the steam version of gta and I have looked up all different "fixes" for my problem and none have worked. I have degraded to 1.0, I have tried running as an admin, run on windows 7/xp etc, deleting and redownload in it etc but nothing has worked. Was wondering if anyone else would have any suggestions.

At first I was getting a visual c++ runtime error

It's not an issue with Windows 10, the files from Steam is very crash sensitive. Consider getting the files from a torrent and making replacements until the error is no more.

So should I be looking for any particular file or just the whole game?

That mod is utterly rubbish tbh. Even more crash sensitive and makes utterly ugly changes to the game... Sorry.
