You don't. When the main script is compiled the contents of any included files are basically copied - included - into that main script automatically.

You will copy the coding from pastebin and then paste it in pawno, then click the SAVE AS button not the compile button..
Then enter the name you wish to save the include as and choose the location as well (place it in pawno > includes folder. Then place .inc at the end of the file name.
