I get this really annoying stutter on ever server, it seems like it happens when mapped objects are loading in, this does not happen to me in any other game, only on samp and not in single player either, i've tried everything I could think of, the stutter is for like a split second, but it's really noticeable and its so annoying, I don't know what to do, maybe one of you guys have had this problem and know what to do, i have even bought a new storage device in an attempt to fix this, its still there, i have a fairly good pc, 860k, 750ti, 8gb of ram, i don't know what to do, i've tried limiting my fps to around 45, its still there, even if I limit it to 25, it still stutters as i'm driving like once ever 30 seconds my fps is usually around 100-85, I don't even know anymore,+i have no mods at all, completely vanilla, and stream mem fix does not help at all.
