i was wondering when you first time install samp is this thing enabled by default? and do you people use it? cuz i find it ugly and distracting

Disabled by default.

Will always come through on your chat logs. Useful to see how fast someone is spamming, or how long ago you were asked something.

Messages that we receive on resume will have the time at which we resumed game from pause. Seems like currently only messages are added to queue but not their timestamps. Yea that comes down to how windows handles DirectX when you tab... I was more meaning if you are AFK sitting there, you'll know when someone said something.
