Try connecting to this ip:
127.0.0.1:7777

or simply 127.0.0.1

it must works.

If you still can't join to your own server, try adding your computer's name to your favorites list.
You can check your computers name following this steps:

>> START
>> Right click on MY COMPUTER then PROPERTIES.
>> Then Computer name.

You must use your Full computer name, add it to samp 0.2.( ) and you'll connect to your own server.
I'm not sure about this but i think, your own server must work by typing " localhost " as the IP.
(It doesn work for me, i dunno why, i use my computers name)

If you still cant join... check your Samp version.
Maybe your server is running on samp server 0.2.2 and your client is samp 0.2.x .......
Check it.

If you still cant join... i dunno whats your problem.

I hope you solve it.

Sry my bad english, i speak spanish lol.
Good luck.

Yes, he should forward his ports out onto the internet so he is able to connect to a computer in his own behind the router.

Makes perfect sense really.
