I have Windows 10 OS.
I've downloaded sscanf2 from here: https://github.com/maddinat0r/sscanf/releases
sscanf2.dll is in my plugins folder, sscanf is included in my scripts and the script is recompiled, also sscanf is in my server.cfg.

i think its due to streamer plugin

When you start the server it gives you some errors right? Try downloading the dll files it tells you from dll-files.com and put them in your server's folder and it should work. That's what I do because I don't want to install anything.

Fixed it with reinstalling those microsoft visual packages...
