This was working fine 2 days ago now it does not work. I have done the following:

• Run SA & SA-MP as administrator
• Made SA & SA-MP in compatibility mode. (Windows 98/ME and Windows XP (Service Pack x))
• Deleted gta_sa.set
• Reinstalled SA-MP & SA
• Reinstalled DirectX (June 2010)
• Installed silentpatch to see if W10 was bitching about DirectPlay I tested everything BEFORE this step.

Would love to know if anyone else had this issue, thanks.

Bumping this.

EDIT: Fixed: 1536x864x32 is not a valid resolution?! (Sarcasm.)
For some reason, SA thought that I wanted this resolution, deleted all the gta_set shit and stuff. What I did was run as admin made it into w98/ME deleted silents patch and enable 640x480 mode for the time being. Then I got in game set resolution and disabled 640x480 and it works! The unfortunate thing though is that I can't rebind controls. RIP \ for crouch </3
