Doesnt really suit the area, however as a stand alone map on its own island it would look great.

Although it's Area 69 in game not Area 51....

Chances for more servers to use this map would increase if people were allowed to edit it. If there are some small things that don't suit for a certain server or if there was something a certain server owner would like to add to it (only a few objects maybe), they would not be able to use it anymore...
What you should've said is "if you claim this as your own!" or "if you remove the credits!"
