some ideas how to create a timer from player lastlogin if he own a house to autosell it without his permision or to be connected

I think it's good when you create a timer (which will call some minutes). In the table of the house I would save the last login of the owner (timestamp) and check wheather the last login is some days ago. If so I would go on with the "autosell".
