What this means ??
How i can fix it ??

Which IRC plugin do you use? I say try Incognito's IRC plugin. This plugin you're trying to use is probably using memory hacking, that's why it spams that error.

Show me the link where you got the IRC plugin. I'm pretty sure it isn't Incognito's.

Your probably using a new plugin with an old include file, and when you are calling a certain function the plugin is unable to handle the function due to an incorrect amount of parameters or variable types.
