I want to know how to create a full NPC movement In my server and to know how to add it to my script so that there is NPCs/Peds in the server moving and some static and some others react with the players such if someone say hi in range of his point he reply saying hi too and so on ,,, and If I must use FCNPC , how to use it ?

There literally is an example on how to let NPC's respond to messages players type.
