Is there any way to lengthen this time? Is it possible to keep a destroyed car where it is indefinitely?

The idea I have in mind is that any time a car explodes, it never respawns, it just sits there as a husk.

Appears an object (like ID: 3593 or ID: 3594) at the car's coordinates? It's possible.
And for your first point, lengthen the time before the car disappears is not possible. /:
